Fine Art and Erotic Nudes

Please help me to plan for mass nude shoot this summer 15-16

Hi guys. It has been a year or two now since I have done the last mass nude shoot because of work and personal commitment. However, it is definitely time to do something creative again, and would love to organise more mass nude photoshoots around the country this summer coming up. So please, I am asking for help to plan and organise these shoots.

So some important things that I am asking for help with please:

1- Locations for the shoot in Aucland, Wellington and South Island (anywhere)

I will plan to do one or two in the Manawatu area this summer. One would definitely be on a farm, and the other one likely to be at Himitangi Beach again. I am lucky to have photographed quite a few weddings on farms and some of my lovely clients have agreed to allow me to use their farms. So will keep you guys posted. Have never done one on a farm so this will be awesome.

However, I would love to do more around the country. With little local knowledge, finding a suitable location has always put me off. So please if you can help me to find either public or private locations, it would be amazing. Certainly with private locations, we dont need to seek any council permission, which would save alot of hassles. But then, it is not that hard to get permissions either so please help.

With Wellington, I have spoken to the council quite a few years ago to do one in the Civic Square and they seemed to be keen enough. Can someone help me to organise with this one down there. It would be such an awesome event if we could pull this off. If anyone up in Auckland can help to enquire to allow us to do a mass nude shoot in a highly public place, it would be equally amazing as well. Can you imagine if we can fill the harbour bridge with naked bodies, or even in the Aotea Square?

Naturist Clubs would also be great spots if someone can help me to organise, or put me in touch with the clubs please.

2 – Spread the wordsย

Once the locations are sorted, we then just need to book out a date, likely to be on a saturday or sunday morning, and then just spread the words. Private locations will certainly restrict the numbers. However, if we can manage to make something happen with the Civic Square either this summer or next summer, then we would definitely want to get as many people to go there as possible.

Please share your thoughts and comments below. Hopefully we can make something happen this summer.

hi david, waiheke island is pretty big. any idea in mind for waiheke island? also with the pt chevalier beach, is there like a secluded section that we could use? is there a reason why you suggested that beach?

The Regional Park at Long Bay, North Shore, could be an option because sites can be booked from the Council.
There is only one public access road and a river cuts off the beach from pedestrians. Public transport is available and there’s plenty of parking for cars. Also there’s swings etc for children.

I live in the US so I won’t be able to partake but I’d love to see some photos. Will that be allowed? Nude here all the time, for all it is worth.

Of course Jed. i hope to get a trip to america next June, and if so, would it not be cool to do a group nudes over there? near georgia and Texas.

    Hi Binh
    ๐Ÿ™‚
    This is FUNtastic news!

I’m really keen to join in again, especially if you do a shoot in Hawkes Bay, which is where I now live.
Would you like me to do some investigative work for a location for you?
One possible place is the Hawkes Bay naturist club called Rapere, where I am a member. The grounds are as beautiful as Te Marua Naturist club (the Wellington Club, where we had the last photo shoot).
    Warm regards
    Polly.

I cant think of any one place but was impressed with one in New York where the crowd gathered in a street, stripped of, photos taken a nd then all off before the authorities came. Could be good in Wgton or Auckland.

Would love to see this in Auckland again. How about a light industrial/commercial area that would not be busy on a weekend?
e.g Highbrook business park; Industrial areas in Otahuhu, Mt Wellington – Autumn Place/Hugo Johnston Drive, or Pukemiro street, Miami Parade, Onehunga

    • Binh Trinh on October 6, 2015 at 10:21 pm

HI Nick, can you help me to enquire about this, like find out some locations, contacts details, and i can then drop them a line

being away from the prurient public would be more likely to get a heap of contributors, and easier logistically Trinh

Great to hear you are picking this up again!
You seem to have already covered some Wellington sites which I have thought of.
The Wgtn naturist club may welcome you back, and they’re hosting the INF conference next year, so that may be another opportunity.
What about Peke Peka beach? Or maybe somewhere in the town belt?
Maybe Wright’s hill fortress reserve (A WW2 gun emplacement)
There’s probably lots of possible places over the hill in Wairarapa.
Maybe Patuna chasm (It’s on private land, but a tourist attraction so may cost)
Or Putangirua Pinnacles. Not been there myself so don’t know what it’s like, but seen some dramatic pictures.
Think it’s a DOC reserve. About 2 hours drive from Wgtn.

    Good morning David,

Re: Long Bay Site – Auckland.
The Auckland City Council operates the Long Bay Regional Park. Because it is considered a commercial photo shoot they responded with this email – see below. I suggest you contact Screen Auckland directly yourself as they will want your info which I don’t have. Because there will be a charge, you may not wish to take this any further.
    Cheers,
    David.N

Please contact Screen Auckland on 09 365 0518 or screen@aucklandnz.com for an application form for all commercial filming and photography.

What do you guys think about 12th December, saturday, 11am, at Waiotoi Road, Ngunguru. Its about 2 hours drive from Auckland, on a private native bush. Stunning locations. Just want to see if people would be willing to drive 2 hours so we can have this beautiful setting for our nude shoot?
